[Android] System reboot when running GFXBench 3.0.16

Hi Freescale,

We encounter a problem when we run GFXBench 3.0.16 benchmark.

The test steps are as below.

1. Install GFXBench 3.0.16.apk

2. Select the "Render Quality" test item and run

3. Then, system may reboot automatically.

    PS. It may not reboot every time. If not, you can try to run the test again.

You can find the APK file in the attachment.

Please help to investigate this issue.

Hi Freescale,

Update more information for you.

It seems to die in Render Quality test item due to out of memory.

This issue happens on both JB4.3 & KK4.4, and it also can be found on Freescale demo board with both JB4.3 & KK 4.4 images.

The reproduce rate is about 50% or more.

If you cannot observe this issue, just try to run the test twice continuously.

I find it will be very easy to reproduce.

In addition, when this issue happens, the screen may become corrupted. Then, it reboot suddenly.

I can also reproduce it on Android JB 4.2.2.
