Hi,
I am trying to demonstrate Android auto functionality using Android auto 11 and i.MX8MQ-EVK.
I have my android mobile phone (Samsung) which supports the android auto functionality. My target is to use Wireless Android Auto. But initially I will configure the Android Auto using USB.
As per my current knowledge I think that I have to install the Android Auto application on i.MX8MQ-EVK too. But I can see that the Google play store application is not coming with the Android auto 11. I tried installing APK's from internet but none of them worked. So how can I install the proper Google play store application?
Also it would be great if you can share any documentation related to setting up Android Auto.
Thanks in advance,
Best regards,
Pradeep
HI @pradeep2481
Google Play need GMS , you need contact google to get GMS. AOSP doesn't provide GMS.
i.MX8MQ-EVK doesn't support android auto and i didn't find any document in internal
