Alternate way to change properties of board file.

I am working on imx8m mini. I have to use ECSPI2 on J1003 expansion header. I am trying to find out  board file for imx8m mini after kernel integration for spidev configuration. I found files for imx6, 7 but I am not able to find board-imx8mmvek.h.

for ecspi2 spidev one can look at boundary devices example imx8mm-nitrogen8mm.dts :
