Hello.

I want to check about i.MX6Q.

I want to enforce the "i.MX6 DDR Stress tester".

Please let me check the following.

①Could you the latest version of the "i.MX6 DDR Stress tester"?

 I own the "DDR_Stress_Tester_V1.0.2".

②There is a specification of 1.2GHz (i.MX6Q) in "3.Select the ARM core speed" of User_Guide.

It is a "MCIMX6Q5EYM10AC" of the devices used.

 This device is Frequency (1GHz).

Even in this case , ARM core speed will be set at 1.2GHz?

Regards,

Strictly speaking, to be fully on safe side, it is NOT correct to configure MCIMX6Q5EYM10AC for 1.2 MHz.

1.

Basically it is quite enough to use the "DDR_Stress_Tester_V1.0.2".

i.MX6 DDR Stress Test Tool V1.0.2

2.

"MCIMX6Q5EYM10AC" is not qualified for 1.2 MHz. This means, that customers

can try the device under 1.2 MHz, but we cannot guarantee proper operations with

parameters, provided in the Datasheet(s). Device lifetime also may be affected,

when using the device under non-specified conditions.

Have a great day,
Yuri
