About the mx7d_12x12_1p8v_lpddr3.ibs file
I confirmed that there is a drive strength selection signal such as “PBLPDDR3_DDS_240ohm“ drv000 ”” in the LPDDR3 selection signal.
However, there is no On-die-termination (ODT) resistor value selection signal.
What should I refer to?
