About adjustment function of SDHC in i.MX6SDL.

I have a question about adjustment function of SDHC in i.MX6SDL.

I got the information that i.MX6 has Variable_Output_Data_Window(CMD19) function from below URL.

When the adjustment specification of the SD card is tOP = 0~2[UI], is it possible to adjust regardless of the relation with the propagation-delay-time of the clock and data?

[Q2]

How is a sample point of host side fixed (adjusted) in Variable-clock function?

There is below description in SD Phsical Layer Specification V4.20.

"At the initialization step the host should take care to find the optimal sampling point for the card outputs."

Is this adjusted for the setup and hold to become a center?

(If it's yes, how much does the looseness occur?)
