Unable to update usb dongle firmware

Hi,

I had followed all instructions as per the document, QN9080 USB Dongle to get the USB Dongle to work with QTool connectivity software. I'm unable to update the firmware after shorting the TP5 on the usb dongle. 

Can someone please help?
