Modify Android-System 4.04 so Wifi-USB would work (Android Car-Radio)

Hello everyone,

I bought a used Android car radio. Kenwood DNN9230. 
Unfortunately the previous owner no longer has the WiFi USB adapter.
Kenwood wrote to me that the adapter is no longer available.
But it should be an adapter with RTL 8188CU. I bought one of these.
Unfortunately it is not recognized on the car radio.

Kenwood support believes that the original adapter has a fixed MAC address. I downloaded the latest update as a zip file for the car radio.
There I can see the entire folder structure and files.

Every time I start, a menu pops up asking me whether I want to log in as an administrator or as a guest.
As an administrator you can only work with an existing WiFi connection.
Even if I had a Wifi connection the request wouldn't work because according to Kenwood the "route-collector" service no longer exists.
My wish is that this query doesn't even appear. Unfortunately you cannot switch this off in the system. My idea now is to adapt the necessary files and then install the update. Would that be possible and if so, what information do you need?

No, sorry. Look below there is a screenshot from the content of the updatefile. So, i hope that i could edit some of the files to make run another Wifi-USB. I read about this that the wpa_supplicant, netd, file is needed. But when the original adapter use a fix Mac-adress, i think then a diffrent WIFI-Adapter don`t work, when it use another Mac-adress. Maybe it is possible to change the Mac-adress in the updatefile or to find out in which file are the mac-adress from the Wifi-Adapter. I don`t know.

Check in directories "vendor", "wifi" and in PndrBrandingImg.png to get some brand names and know which company you can ask support to.

This files are in Wifi and Vendor. In Wifi is a file Wlan.ko. When i open this file there are many files in it. See below. The PndrBrandingImg.png shows only KENWOOD

Could you provide the URL where you got this zip if it is public, please ? Or via private message if it isn't.
So that I can check the wifi chipset reference.

In Vendor-lib-kw.JPG, I see "tcc88xx" for which internet searching shows it is a Telechips - Wikipedia
Application Processor based on ARM Cortex-A8 core.

with an hex editor (http://www.wxhexeditor.org), I don't see anything in programinfo.bin, but, in update.kw, I see, in ASCII/text that wifi linux module name is : system/wifi/wlan.ko

So, I think it is not a NXP wifi chipset since our driver module names are mlan.ko or moal.ko.
So, I suggest that you ask Telechips for support : Telechips
