JN516x Coordinator Forgets network nodes when it's restarded | Zigbee 3.0 | AN1229

I am working with Application Note JN_AN_1229 | Zigbee 3.0 Stack 
When The coordinator node restarts it seems to forget all children nodes , so any message sent by any end device or router isn't received at the coordinator.

What should I do to keep the network formed , noting that the nodes used are sleeping end devices.

Did you try to set bDeleteRecords = FALSE ?
