Internal delay information of cpu.

HI,all.(T2018). Please tell me about obtaining internal delay information of cpu.  We will make a board with ddr 3 connected,  I want delay information inside the chip.  How do I get it?

All DDR interface signals are internally lenght-matched, so it is not needed to take into consideration internal delays.
