I have downloaded the software "CodeWarrior for Power Architecture (Eclipse-Windows Hosted) v10.5.exe"  and a license key needed for it.

Where can I buy a license key, could you give me a website , thanks!

There are 2 options that can include CodeWarrior Eclipse 10.5 for PowerArch. which to choose would depend on the target and project you have. 

for Layerscape devices , you should use CodeWarrior for Network. www.nxp.com/cw4net
