I am working on a micromouse. I need some Accurate Proximity Sensors. Could anyone help me out on this field.

I would recommend you the MPR121, very low power: 29 μA supply current with 12 electrodes being monitored with 64 ms response time and IRQ enabled.

Proximity sensors are very small (3x3mm). If you want to accelerate the evaluation stage of your project I would highly recommend you to get the KITMPR121EVM: KITMPR121EVM Product Summary Page

Is a very low cost evaluation board for the MPR121 and you can test the device out of the box.

Try MPR03X or MPR084 if needed more sensor.
