Is there somewhere a links to the description of the marking on the case of KMZ41 chips ?
How to understand (decode, decrypt) marking lines on the case of KMZ41 chips ?
For example what is 8005, D102 ; n440, n204 ?
Can the number on the bottom line after the letter "n", have a four digits# ?

Hi Vladimir,
The device marking of the KMZ41 is as follows:
1st line: Product name
2nd line: Shortened diffusion batch number (2 digits) plus shortened assembly batch number (2 digits)
3rd line: Assembly center (n for Bangkok, sole assembly center for KMZ41)
1 digit for the year (4 = 2014)
2 digits for the work week (40 = week 40)
Best regards,
Tomas

Many thanks, Tomas.
I still have my chips with this marking.
The last line of the four characters after the letter "n".
Immediately after the letter "n", it seems G rather than number 6.
nG503
What is the combination?
Hi Vladimir,
The letter "G" represents the RoHS compliance (RHF-2006) status:
