The values are
lambda_die=5.7FIT
lambda_pck=4.7FIT
lambda_eos=3.5FIT
This source is conservative.
As a second information, It is to be noted the evaluated failure rate is 1FIT based on field return.
Our suggestion is to consider for raw failure rate the conservative value from IEC/TR62380 for your analysis.
