About the FIT rate of PMC Block of FS32K146

Hi experts.

       I have encountered a problem raised by a customer, I hope experts in this field can give me some help, the case number is: 00442292 and thank you advance.

[Question]
Could you provide FIT Rate information of PMC Block? (I would like to know about the following two.)
1. FIT Rate information of PMC Block
2. FIT Rate information of LVD Block alone in PMC Block

[Background]
My customer want use Low voltage detect (LVD) in PMC Block for system reset sources,
so, they want know those FIT Rate.

[Refer to Reference Manual S32K-RM.pdf]
- p.535 : 25.2.2.2 Low voltage detect (LVD)
- p.560 : Clock definitions

Hi Jim,

The following information can be found in Power_Internal_FMEDA workbook, and is TR62380 compliant.

1. FIT rate information for the PMC block: FMEDA sheet, T3: 6.05E-09
              Area for PMC can be found in the block and block sizes sheet: 156,583

2. . FIT rate information for the LVD block in PMC: FMEDA sheet: J222: 8.09E-16 h¯¹
              Area for LVD can be found in the block and block sizes sheet: 9,940
