output file (*.srec) is inconsistent

I meet a problem. I complie files in ubuntu(gcc 6.3 arm32) and windows(gcc 6.3 arm32), and there is an inconsistent output file. A result like as:

Two file files are attached in the attachment.

There is a possibility if I configure s32ds and it is can be consistent.
