Hello!
At present, the RST pin of S32K396 is used, and the RSTB of FS2633 is connected, when burning the program, the RSTB pin will appear low, resulting in no way to write the S32K396 program normally. How can I solve this problem?
From the flow chart, the RSTB pin needs a "release", may I ask how the software and hardware operation of this "release" action is required?
Thank you!

Hello Guanhua,
What evaluation board you are using?
Could you check RSTB signal by oscilloscope? Does RSTB signal go low only during Flash programming?
Are all power supplies OK during Flash programming?
There can be several sources which can push RSTB to low – on both sides: FS26 and S32K3. You can check S32K3’s registers MC_RGM.DES and MC_RGM.FES (chapter 30.8 in S32K39/37/36 Electrification MCUs Reference Manual).
There are two basic application notes related to connection of S32K3 and FS26: AN13323 - S32K3 + FS26 Safety Application Guide and AN13850 NXP FS26 Implementations and Behaviors.
Best Regards,
Pavel
Hello Pavel, thank you very much for your reply.
The answers to your questions are as follows:
1- We do not use the evaluation board, but the motor drive control board is designed by ourselves;
2- We use an oscilloscope to test the RSTB signal, which will be pulled down when using the simulator;
3-FS2633 power supply is normal when using emulator;
At present, a preliminary solution to the problem has been explored, that is, when using the simulator, S32K396 does not initialize FS2633.
As for the download link you provided (AN13323 and AN13850), I have tried for many times but failed to download, could you please send these two documents to my email? Thank you!
