Use DMA to transfer data from array to array.However, the transmission failed. The VLD, DAE, SAE, ERRCHN of the ES are set to 1. The manual says that the source address and destination address are incorrect.

My configuration is as follows：

TCD1.SADDR and DADDR both point to different arrays. The array length is 64 bytes.The SMOD and DMOD of ATTR are both 0, and the SSIZE and DSIZE are both 5 (32 byte burst).ATTR=0x0505，NBYTES_MLNO=0X40,SOFF=0X20, DOFF=0X20,CITER=1,BITER=1.
