Hello @luosui,

The S32K144 does not have any dedicated touch sense peripheral module, that is why the HW implementation uses GPIO + ADC and two pins per an electrode .

Whereas the KE1xZ MCU has a dedicated TSI module.

According to your description:

1. The S32K144 uses GPIO + ADC and two pins per an electrode ,it is self cap sense tech,right?

2. And the KE1xZ MCU has a dedicated TSI module,so it only need one ADC pin and one electrode to fulfill touch sense function.
