I just clobbered the bootloader on the OpenSDA K2x chip of my S32K118 EVB. I had the bootloader jumper in the wrong position. The board is for all effective purposes quite dead.
I imagine that I can connect my J-Link to the OpenSDA J-TAG and write a new bootloader image to the K2x. Is that correct? And if so, where might I find binaries for the S32K118 bootloader.
Thanks in advance.
Hi Gregory Nutt
You can find the binary file and the firmware in the page:
PEmicro | Experts in Embedded tools for Flash Programming and Development
... image to the K2x. Is that correct?
Yes, this should be possible if the K20 is still working correctly.
Hope this helps
Best regards
Thank you very much.
Now to decide what to do with the .bin file. I think I can use my Segger J-Link on the open SDA JTAG connector and "J-Link> loadbin"
