unfortunately, there is not standalone installer for this version of SDK. SDK EAR 0.8.4 was delivered directly with S32 Design Studio version 2.0. It seems this is some general notice in documentation, which is not correct for this version.
But I strongly do not recommend you use this version of SDK. If you want to work with SDK, please use the newest version EAR 0.8.6, but remember, this is still Early Release Version, which is in development phase and which does not have to be compatible with newer version or with RTM (Release To Manufacturing) version.
