S32K3X4EVB-Q172 eth does not work properly when entering debugging mode

I create a new project from TCP/IP stack example and run it in debug mode. Then the light on RJ45 turn off. Click resume button not work.

The light flash and it works again after I reset the hardware. And the software works good because I ping the board's ip and get reply.

Also, I uncheck the "Run on reset" according to this post https://community.nxp.com/t5/S32K/S32K3X4EVB-Q172-Debug-Connector-cable/m-p/1454178. But still not work.

How to make eth work in debug mode? Thanks.
