What does the Ram application mean？

If not select Ram application S32DS cannot debug and always has the warrning that Failed to read memory @ address 0x20020000

Hi, 

if you are using RAM target application - (instead of FLASH target) after reset your binary disappears from RAM. With this option enabled - after reset is your binary again upload into RAM.

I am using Flash target application. What's the difference between with Ram Application and without Ram Application?
