S32DS V2.1 (For Power Arch) Installation Fails

Hello I am trying to install S32DS V2.1 for Power architecture on a Windows 10 64 bit machine, but it fails after entering the activation key.

Tried following the following posts but neither helped.

• Install S32 design studio, Error writing LaunchAnywhere components (Access Denied) 
• S32 Design Studio Install Fail (Power + ARM) 

Attached is a log file of it failing.
