Dear Mike,

I installed the S32 Design Studio for S32 Platform, it shows my license expiring.

Because I didn't get a valid license to install Extensions and Updates.

I had refresh, but it still fail.

I also check my license on the NXP.com website, but it shows Expiration Data is 2026/4/6

I'm not sure what's the issue - if you stretch a little bit the column with Message License Expiring... you will probably see something like this: 

Means your license will expire after 4 years. 

What particular issue do you have - can you please share a screenshot with error message? Which update/package you can't install?

Your entitlement expiration is in 2025, probably you just need to refresh the license in S32 Design Studio. Also, you could return the license and re-activate. Sometimes it's not possible to do either. If this is the case for you, I can return the license on the server side. Just let me know.

The workaround from license team is just wait till license expires and obtain new license key from NXP download page.

Hello @Sunnny,

You can continue to use your current activation code. The existing license was extended on the server, but the tools on you PC did not get updated expiration date so it is necessary to return and then re-activate to receive the new date.
