The part number was changed to MCHC912B32VFUE8 a few years ago.  You might find some stock at Rochester Electronics.  But if you don't need the automotive temperature range, you'll find lots of MCHC912B32CFUE8 stock is still available from multiple distributors.

I’m afraid there is no direct replacement. For new design, I would recommend products from Longevity program. Most similar would be S12G family, which is cost-effective general purpose automotive MCU.

From MagniV family it would be S12VR which additionally offers high voltage inputs, high and low side drivers.
