Debug enviroment can't be accessed and MCU can't erased by unsecure_12 tool

MCU is MC9S12XF.

CodeWarrior's debug enviroment can't be accessed. After a while the debug tool showed ERROR info "Failed to find communication speed" .

I tried to erase the MCU by unsecure_12.exe, but failed.

HELP ME!

What HC12 Type did you choose in Unsecure12? You should choose XExx, I think. If you don't see controls for this, then you must be using old version of Unsecure12, which supports only non X and non P S12 parts.

BTW I tries unsecuring S12XE from Codewarrior debugger. If worked well.
