I am trying to find the APP of the P2020 QorIQ so that we know if it is safe to export to Russia.
Or iif you have the floating point operations per clock cycle I could compute it, as it is defined here:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adjusted_Peak_Performance
Thank you for contacting NXP technical support.
Following your inquiry, APP calculation for the P2020 device:
N= 2, Number of e500 cores in the P2020 device.
FPO = DFLOP/cycle = 1.0, for the e500 core.
W = 0.3, Architecture adjustment factor for e500 because it is not a vector processor device.
F = NNN x 10^6 = Processor frequency in Hertz (Hz). APP = [N * FPO * W * F]/ (1 x 10^12) WT (Weighted TeraFLOPS)
Now you can calculate APP for different frequencies.
For 1.333GHz APP = 0.0008 WT
Hope this information helps.
