Where do I download "DPAA‐Ethernet Driver User Manual"

I am working on P5040, and I was referring "LINUX DPAA‐ETHERNET PRIMER" document. This document ask us to refer to "DPAA‐Ethernet Driver User Manual" to know more about configuring FMAN, BMAN and QMAN. I couldn't figure out from where I can download "DPAA‐Ethernet Driver User Manual", can someone please provide a link.

Currently the "DPAA‐Ethernet Driver User Manual" is superseded by the following:
