What drives USBx_DRVVBUS pin high or low?

Hi, I am trying to use the USB on the LS1020A as a host and have a quick question regarding the DRVVBUS pin. What drives this pin high or low?

Please refer to "AN4878, QorIQ LS1021A Design Checklist" which could be downloaded from QorIQ® Layerscape 1020A | NXP .

USBx_DRVVBUS VBUS power enable.Optional. For example, if an external hub is used, it can handle this signal.

The functionalityVBUS signal is determined by the RCW[SDHC] field in the reset configuration word.

USB2_DRVVBUS The functionality of this signal is determined by the EC1 field in the reset configuration word (RCW[EC3]).
