If we route XFI of LS1043A in above senario will that work in 10Gb/s? Can the speed be achieved? Do we need to take any precautions while routing it?

We do have existing NDA with NXP, can you tell me how can you share those documents?
We have not connected any device in between. Interface will be like this XFI from LS1043A of Board A to XFI of LS1043A of Board B connected through a Backplane. Kindly update me can we achieve 10Gb/s in this connection?
