NCSW files for P1020

Hello,

   On building NCSW code for P1020 using GHS Multi,.

The compiler is not able to locate "types_ghs.h" file. This causes undeclared error for uintptr_t, int64_t, int32_max etc. 

Does this file comes with NCSW package or GHS multi or its user defined ??

I see "types_ghs.h" is included only in case if __GHS__ is defined, that means this file is specific to GHS. I do not see this file included in NCSW package, so I think it should be a part of GHS.

Note we do not have experience too much compiling NCSW with GHS, so I recommend using our CodeWarrior compiler to compile this package.
