I'm looking for a stand alone controller for a 6 cyl. diesel. My current engine controller can supply a 0-5 volt signal for each cylinder's injector signal. The injectors need a 25 amp peak and a 15 amp hold. I already have FET's and shunts from a failed attempt to use a DRV110 chip. The PT2000 development board (PT2000 Evaluation Kit for 4/6 Cylinder|NXP ) looks like a good option for me but I'm not sure if getting the software configured correctly is going to be over complicating things for me and if it needs additional controllers.
