P1022: Serial file transfer via uboot

I am having a P1022 based board, i wanted to transfer the file using serial cable in uboot with command loady. As soon as transmission of file starts it gives NAK error on the prompt.

I am able to transfer the files using serial in linux using base64 utility.

Is there any configuration required in P1022 uboot to enable serial data transfer via UART cable?

Please provide additional information:

1) U-Boot booting  and loady execution log (as text attachment)

2) which terminal client is used? Can you try Tera Term?

I have attached uboot console log in text file also the screenshot of loady error is attached.

For now we are using minicom in linux. We are able to transfer the file with minicom in t1022 processor, mpc8260, mpc8569 .

Corresponding U-Boot code was not modified for P1022.
