MPC823 and MPC823E pin compatibility

Hi NXP Team!

Does MPC823 and MPC823E is pin-to-pin compatible?

Or different family will have different pin arrangement?

Kindly appreciate anyone help in this matter. Thanks!

Hi @Amiraroslan 

MPC823E has additional functionality compared to MPC823 for which I have attached the image. The rest seems fine.

Refer to tables 22-1 & 22-2 in MPC853 reference manual & MPC853e reference manual for pin description.

Refer to section# 23.2 in the MPC853 reference manual & MPC853e reference manual for package dimension details.
