ABIST2 -> VAUX Failed in FS6523

ABIST2 is started by MCU, and results are read back. The FS1B ABIST is OK, but VAUX ABIST is failed. I check DIAG_VAUX, but there is no error with VAUX. I want to know the reason and how to resolve it, thank you.

Hi,

Please check the value of the VAUX_5D bit.

If VAUX_5D = 1, ABIST2_VAUX must be conducted before Vaux degraded mode configuration, otherwise ABIST2_VAUX fails.

Also, I would recommend to wait ~200us after setting the ABIST2_VAUX bit in the BIST register and reading the ABIST2_VAUX_OK bit.
