P2020RDB-PCA(700-26831 rev E) code warriour IDE init file needed

Hi

We have a P2020RDB-PCA eval board, it has a NAND chip with part number 'MT29F1G08ABAEAWP-IT:E'

When i tried to flash the chip using Code warrior(v 10.4) i was not successful. i noticed the NAND device selected in code warrior is different ( K9F5608U0D-PCB0) .

I tried to change the part number in IDE and tried to flash the chip but unable to do it.

I need the default init file to check the flash, Can anyone provide the default init file for the board P2020RDB-PCA(700-26831 rev E)?

Look at the Chapter 11 of the Targeting_PA_Processors.pdf file. This file is available in CodeWarrior folder.

NXP CodeWarrior 10.5.1 supports the MT29F1G08ABAEA Flash.
