the INH PIN of TJA1145

Hi,NXP

    when I put TJA1145 into sleep mode and pull down VCC and VIO , the INH pin should be low;

    but I meet a problem :the INH pin will experience the process of  low - high - low  

    Can you tell me how to solve it?

是不是中间又被唤醒了？

中间没有被唤醒，设定的特殊帧唤醒，没有发送can,WAKE脚是接地的
