TJA1055T/3/1 - This is the type name for the dual sourced version of the 3V (VIO) version. It can be supplied from either the SSMC wafer fab or from the ICN8 wafer fab.

TJA1055T/3/1J - This is the full orderable part number of the TJA1055T/3/1, the -J indicates that this is the tape and reel packing method.
