Hi,

does the TJA1050T/CM,118 have an AEC-Q100 qualification and is it recommended for new designs?

Hi,

Yes, the TJA1050T/CM,118 is AEC-Q100 qualified and still recommended for new designs.

Originally the type was diffused in the ICN5 wafer fab in Nijmegen, that wafer fab closed end of 2010. Diffusion was transferred to Hamburg, that was the TJA1051T/VM. The present TJA1050T/CM (after the Hamburg fab stopped production of this process) is diffused in our 8 inch ICN8 factory, in Nijmegen, NL.
