Programmer for WCT1013.

I guess you maybe need a programmer for production. 

Maybe you can use PEMicro U-Cyclone (Fx), pls refer:

It doesn't include MWCT1013, but the PC software for U-Cyclone can support it. Pls update your PC software if there is no PN MWCT1013 in your PC software.

Surely there are other options. But I didn't test other programmers.

Maybe you have to valid it by yourself.

This programmer for freescale DSC MCU comes from China, supporting MWCT family.

I mean a ICSP (in circuit system programmer) to download the firmware in the internal flash without using a bootloader or to write the bootloader.

For example, Microchip has a ICD3 or PICKit3 MPLAB ICD 4 In-Circuit Debugger 

ATMEL has one too Atmel-ICE
