Good day. Just want to confirm the die marking Version of NXP PCA82C251T/YM with you.
In fact our company bought some NXP PCA82C251T/YM (DC=2113+ ) from the market, when we sent parts to White Horse HK(A USA testing house) for testing.
White Horse HK found that the Die marking on parts is LPC2488 as the attached picture shows which is different from the database(DC=20+) in White Horse.
We can't get any golden samples from the market as material shortage NXP LT pushed out.
We think that NXP changed the Die marking version on MPN=MPN=PCA82C251T/YM from 2021.
Could you help to confirm with your FAE department to check if any document available on the Die marking version changes for MPN=MPN=PCA82C251T/YM?
