i have been given an assignment to try and access an old mcu chip an  motorola epic AM01AA , other part numbers are  n750035fscgmd

 i was wondering if nxp might have the pin data regarding this old mcu.

what is there i can do to try and find out what the mcu is ? remove it off the board and send it to 

nxp ? or somthing?

Hi, I have browsed multiple internal resources, unfortunately I haven't found anything useful. I am afraid this part is either too old, or it was customer specific device and no public documentation has been issued.
