Hi Jiaxuan,
I am afraid I do not quite understand what you are asking about. Could you please translate it into English and describe the issue you are facing with the NX5L2750CGU in detail?
Best regards,
Tomas
HI Tomas,
When the NX5L2750CGU experiences abnormal 5-pin 3.3V during switching, some 3-pin signals have waveform, which is not the case with normal 3-pin signals. Picture representation: 5-pin 3.3v represents yellow line, 3-pin represents green line, green line is 50mv per grid, and peak value is more than 100mv
Best regards,
JIAXUAN
Hi Jiaxuan,
1. What is the frequency of pin3 waveform? Please check GND and VCC, any coupling from GND/VCC plain.
2. Pin3_2Z should connect to pin5_2Y0 or pin2_2Y1. From the scope picture, pin5_2Y0 is 3.3V, pin3_2Z is near 0V, so pin3 is not connected to pin5 at this time, it is connected to pin2, right? What is the signal at pin2?
PS: The quality of scope picture is not very good, it is hard to read -> could you please provide a better snapshot?
Best regards,
Tomas
