NCX2200 for 105°C

I want to use the NCX2200 for up to 105°C. Which electrical conditions do change significant?

Maybe you can give me a modified datasheet?

I really apologize, but unfortunately, we do not have that type of information.

Furthermore, we do not recommend you use the NCX2200 above the recommended operating conditions. This may cause variations in the output or a permanent damage to the device.
