MRFE6VP6300H Noise Parameters, Non linear model, and AWR resource

Hi all, 

I am working with MREF6VP6300H. I am running into some problems. I could not find a touchstone file with noise parameter. Where can I find it?

Also, is there a way to find the non linear model file for simulation.

I use AWR. Does AWR resource file is sufficient for the questions above (instead of using the s2p file)?
