Hi,

There is a set of errata documents presented at the page

MCxxxxx device does not contain a mask set definition included in the part number so you have to check your device and you will find mask set printed after part number. For example, 2M25J, 3M48H,.....

The mask set is then part of the name of the errata document at the link I presented above.
