I would like to ask what is the maximum CAN FD's data baud rate of LPC54628?

Hi @lua40927 

 LPC54628 CAN FD  follows Bosch CAN FD Specification V1.0. Please check it.

According to our test, it can work on 5M Baud rate for  two EVK board communication without issue.
