How to use s-parameter of tansistor BFU610F s2p file

Could you please show the simulaiton method use BFU610F s2p file？please see the attached file. 

I want to use it as on-off switch for 6.4Gbps high speed signals.

Thanks for your quick reply!

I am confused that the transistor has 3 pins, but the touchstone model is a 2 port model,  how to replace the transistor with the *.2p model?  kindly find the attached file.
