Can the TDA8950 Amplifier chip amplify a 40 kHz to 100 kHz input?
I understand this is ultrasonic-- we're trying to amplify an ultrasonic signal.
If not, is there any NXP class D chip that can amplify such frequencies?

TDA8950 had EOL and can't support that frequency.
Unfortunately NXP doesn't have your request part!
